Let's start off by asking a base question ; what is health? Everyone knows the usual answer, eating right exercise for example. What about a different viewpoint ; the view of health being not simply a lack of sickness? Like this. Good health is a positive well being that allows for zest of life and makes every day a new excitement. It's the enjoyment of food, with good digestion, correct function and adequate elimination. It is a extended prime of life, without the serious degenerating sicknesses we accidentally blame on age itself. It is clear, good skin, fine muscle tone, maximum resistance to stress, infection and fatigue. It is living up to your highest potential. Now against that standard, are you healthy? And what number of people do you know who truly are in perfect health? What is average, standard health in America? In America it is average and ordinary to : Be chunky Eat red beef 2-3 times each day Have french fries with every fast food meal Salt food before you taste it Use sweets for an energy booster Consume over 40 percent of your calories in fat each day Get a long way from acceptable exercise Eat junk food four or even more times per week Load a baked potato with butter and sour cream Have 3-4 colds and other minor sicknesses every year Eat for taste and not nutrition Be stressed and knackered Consume only 12-14 grams of fiber each day rather than thirty Is constipated or has butt rot As a girl to be low in calcium Any of this look familiar? Is this what you need as your average ; the very worst of the best and the very best of the worst? If this is average it isn't for me ; average, standard health gives only average energy, joy and accomplishment in life. Is that how you wish to live? Or do these next bunch of facts look familiar?
