The state of Virginia has been getting a lot of attention from around the country recently for passing a law which protects it citizens from government intrusion into their unlawful health care mandates to buy health care. Virginia is also suing the federal government because the newly passed health care act directly confects with Virginia’s new law. People are asking why the state can sue the fed’s because there is a amendment that says the Constitution’s supremacy clause allows the federal law to override the state’s law. Which in my option is a shame and used as a clause to pass whatever they want. They used this law to force citizens to buy car insurance which is in direct violation of the constitution where it says that we have the right to go to and fro without any restrictions. Thant means we can travel any road without having a license or insurance or any other kind of restriction. The reason for that law was to protect their property not ours. Let me explain, someone goes to a car dealer and buys a new car. The car dealer sends your title to the state which is the certificate of origin (true ownership or title). Now that the government has you title and it is signed over to them, they make it a commercial vehicle and send you a certificate of title (which is not a true title, just means there is a title somewhere) and because it now is their vehicle they can force you to buy insurance and because they changed it to a commercial vehicle and they now can force you to get a license to use their commercial vehicle. Also auto insurance is voluntary and you only have to have it if you choose to drive a commercial vehicle. With the health insurance you are force to buy it whiter or not you want it and if you don’t buy it you will be fined. So if a federal law can be proven unconstitutional while a state law is constitutional the state law will supersede the federal law which how it should be. We already have to much federal intrusion in our business already and was never suppose to be that way. The government was never created to force citizens to buy anything let alone find them for not obeying them. They are employed to protect the countries security not to enslave the people who employ them. That is why they are called public servants. The government is calming that the source of its power for imposing the sham is the Constitutions commerce clause which gives them power to regulate commerce among the several states. The argument is that if someone isn’t buying insurance then by definition he is not participating in commerce. How then can the government use the commerce clause to regulate non commerce regulating inactivity? Virginia has enacted the Virginia Health Care Freedom Act which provides that citizens of this state will not be required to buy or maintain a policy or coverage. The bill was passed by a large majority in the general assembly by 90 to 3. Our founding fathers made the government subject to the constitution and restrict what they can do. They laid out specific and limited powers for the federal government and reserved the rest to the states. The government tries to deceive the people by calming they have power which they do not have. I have been told by many of my friends in other countries how the world is laughing at the people that live in this country. They have been coming here for their health care because government health care does not work and we should have learned by their mistakes and we did not. They are astounded that we the people have entrusted our health and welfare to an organization that has gone bankrupt themselves have bankrupted Medicare, social security, given away our jobs and money to other counties, do not protect our boarders and pardon these criminals by the millions. If all this is true then all I can say is shame on us.
