When we think of "make money online" schemes, the majority of us immediately think of the vast large number of scams out there that work on a recruitment model (specifically multi level marketing and other related systems), systems that don't exist outside of the online world. One sure fire way to embark on an online career and steer clear of all the scams is to involve yourself in a business model that is tried and tested in the offline world and is the basis of everyday life in the western, capitalist world - buying and selling. The conception of buying low and selling high has existed for 1000's of years yet when it comes to the online market place most people limit their information of buying and selling to Ebay. Whilst this is all fine and good, the concept can be applied to a selection of other online endeavors as well, such as drop shipping or what I will focus on for the remainder of this piece, reselling property with private label rights and master resell rights. What master resell rights (or MRR) means is that you are for all intents and purposes buying the rights to sell the product as though it were your own. The grand thing about this is you make an one off payment for the item (most often an ebook, piece of software, site script or video) and you can then sell as many copies of it as you want, with your name and your advertising. One thing to note when buying MRR however is to vigilantly read and understand the license agreement that it comes with, as MRR has no lawful explanation it is up to the original author to name the rights he is giving the buyer. There is one more form of re-sellable material that is classified as private label rights (PLR), this will usually allow the reseller to adapt the product in any way that they wish (usually forbidden with MRR), permitting them to add in additional sections, modify images or make any other modifications they wish. As with MRR always check the license agreement that will come with the product as different authors can enforce different restrictions. PLR and MRR can be provided from a range of resources and there is a range of firms selling individual items, or membership sites that allow you access to a whole choice of products to sell. There is a lot of low quality PLR and MMR products out there, so it may take you some time to find a product you like, this is where membership sites will really come into their own as you will have access to a wide assortment of material to try out by hand. Always bear in mind, never market something you consider to be low quality, you will quickly kill your fame and your business.
