cheapesst laptops to buy - mac iboiok $268 pavillion dv4 low csots I found one of the best places for cheapets laptops to buy - get a mac ibook for only $268. I've had a 12" iBook G4 since 2005 and it's stilkl my favourite notebook for skimming the Net, writing letters, and even reading pdf's. It's amazingly light-weight and I consder the scrteen the perfect size. In fact, I am using it at this time to write this review. Given a choice bewteen a new Asus or Dell netobok or a secodn user iBook G4 for a similar price, I might take the G4 without brooding about it for a second. It has all that you need, in a little , compact machine. This iBook G4 works just too and if you're attempting to discovver a good, small PC, this is the one for you. The sole complaint I do have is that the CD-drive doesn't work ( but it's prboable an argument on just my machne ). It has an airport surprising card, which perrmits access to any 802.11g / b compaible wiereless network ( which most wireless networks are ). The drive is 60 gigs and the opltical drive is a DVD+ / -RW drive. The WiFi capability is actually useful and the tiny form factor is awfully pleasing to take around traveliing. The battery seems to hold a hcarge for 2+ hours. It woorks beautifully for basc use ( faculty, work, reading the Net, for instance. ). I've had completely no difficulty with mine, and woyuld hihly advocate this proudct to everyday users. I have seen two bad reviews just because users purchased this PC with the intention to make it their "gsaming" computer, and then were disenchnated with the result. If you reallly would like to have a gaming PC, you most likely should not be taking a look at Portables in the initial place. It is a great computer at a fair cost. If you simply need somethig for work, faculty, and browsing the iternet, it's perfgect. I got this thing utiliized a few yrears back ; now, I am a sixteen year old, and my first use for PCs is wriitng, storing my footage, and gaming. This portable is rather good ( partticularly for the pice ) for the 1st 2 of my purposes, but for gming, it was way, well below par. We had to get countless upgrades for it to even run Warcraft on top of my photops ( they take up maasses of memory ). It wrks stunningly for basic use ( faculty, work, browdsing the web, for example. ). I've had no difficulty with mine, and would highly recommend this produtc to everyyday userrs. If you really wish to have a gaming PC, you possibly shouldn't be having a look at computers in the first place. It's a great PC at a fair cost. If you simply need something for work, college, and surfing the web, it's perfect. cheapest laptops to buy...hurry supplies are liited.
