Special Jell-O Salad Ingredients: 1 cup of boiling water 2 packages of “sugar-free” Raspberry Jell-O 1 cup of cold water 1 bag of frozen mixed berries 1 ½ cups of applesauce Rectangular baking pan or casserole dish Procedure: 1.Using a big glass or a small bowl as a measuring cup, mix the 2 packages of Jell-o with 1 cup of boiled water. 2.Stir thoroughly until it has completely dissolved. This usually takes approximately 2 minutes. 3.Pour the Jell-O mixture onto the pan and combine it with applesauce, cold water and frozen berries 4.Place the pan inside the fridge. Set for about 4 hrs or until it becomes firm. 5.Once it is firm, cut this into squares. 6.Serve to guests. Making your own Jell-O salad is very easy.
