- Regular checkups with your dentist. Of course, the most important thing to remember is to consult the help of an expert. Dentists are the best and the only people you should consult in regards to teeth. You have nothing to worry about if you'd let them handle your dental problems.

- Dental sealant. The procedure involves covering a tooth or teeth with plastic material to help protect it against tooth decay and cavities. The procedure is usually performed during a visit to the dentist's office.

- Dietary snacks. It is a good idea to limit sweet snacks as excessive use of sweets alters your blood sugar. Avoiding snacks altogether would be bad since you'll deprive your body of proper nutrition. Good snacks should include healthy proteins and fats.
