They don't want sites that they need to figure out in order to navigate around it. If your site is hard to navigate then they would just close it and move on to the next one. They don't want to think deeply when they navigate a site. h. Do you have plans of offering your site users a type of service or something? Keep your requirements at a minimum level. This means that you should not be requiring them to fill out really long forms for them to have an account. Don't force them to disclose their personal details, give them a free hand.
