As a Network Marketer I am so glad I discovered Mark Yarnell, by spending 2 hours listening to his material I have learned more about what it REALLY takes to succeed in Network marketing than 2 months of listening to material produced by other so called 'gurus'. If you have the pleasure of experiencing his coaching then don't expect an easy ride! What you hear may shock you, it may even make you run from the MLM industry, you won't get any soft sell from Mark, he will give you the TRUE facts about what it really takes to be a network marketing success. I recently listened to an interview he did; he was asked for some tips for new people just getting started in the industry, his reply was as follows, "This business is the hardest work I've ever carried out, which is precisely why the top producers in Network Marketing make so much more than a classic job. If a person desires to succeed in this industry, they need to speak to a minimum of 30 folks per day and either try to sell them items or recruit them into their opportunity." There are some distributors shaking in their boots after reading that! The thought of sitting on the phone each day with thirty odd people prospecting them on your business is pretty daunting, not to mention doing it face to face. Mark's earnt over 30 million dollars in this industry and he's done it all through traditional marketing methods (phone and belly to belly), don't despair though, there is a better and easier way to build a network marketing business by taking advantage of the internet. Mark Yarnell is the author of some outstanding training material, you may have heard of 'Your First Year In Network Marketing', the new network marketers essential guide, if you have a team of your own, make sure they read this book! He's produced many other books and audio trainings as well, check him out on Amazon or somewhere like that. Holy Grail Network Marketing is a more recent addition to his training library which you should check out, he interviews the big players in Network Marketing who have earned more than $3 million dollars per year and they explain how they did it. Amazing material! So obviously he's been a major success, but where did he begin? Well he started with a company called NuSkin and then moved on to Oxyfresh, another health & wellness company. Earlier we learned that Mark's gigantic success was built using the 'old school mlm' tactics. No one can question that the traditional methods DO work. It does however take a certain type of person who can establish themselves in a local community and expand further afield, hold meetings, inspire, challenge and attract unlimited prospects in the offline world. Not everyone has that ability. None of Mark's training really touches much on the internet and the leverage it offers us as network marketers, although, for a large part of his career the internet did not exist as we know it today and it certainly for the most part wasn't slick enough to enable it to be used as a business tool. It's quite amazing really when you learn just how easy it is to use systems to help you build a profitable business online from home. Mark's advice is to prospect thirty people each and every day, that may seem hard in the offline world but did you know that it's actually very easy to generate 30 leads each day on line, plus prospect them on autopilot? By using Mark Yarnell's training in core principles, and combining it with the coaching you need to build an online business, you have a recipe for some serious success
