May I know what on-site SEO is? It means the information contain in your website is fully optimized to match the search engine requirements or not. So you may need to communicate with your webmaster during the web design and development process to ensure that all the aspects are included. These are the factors that you should take good care:

Try to use meaningful website URL or try to simplify the website URL like example:

If visitors need to take 10, 15 or even 20 seconds to see your website then there should be some problems occur and you will lose a lot of customers and revenue just because of loading time.

This is the same concept applied to search engine as well because search engine will index all the pages on Internet and you do not know when they will come. If this scenario is happen, what I suggest is try to reduce your website images size or you may also get some information from your webmaster about this or try to understand the web design structure.
