We frequently do not understand what we had until its gone,the same with people we did not realize how much we cared for them until they have gone. When we are rejected we from time to time say and do things we would not normally do if you have not done this then well done. But if you have it makes things a little bit harder dont be bothered it can still be fixed. To begin with think why did you finish and can you steer clear of this happening again can you leave the reason for your break up in the past. Because then we can move on with the future and getting your prized one back. And this time around to stay for good. Do not think right lets make communication with drop a line to. A big No No so no phone calls no emails no passing on of messages. You need to make your ex long for you and see how their living is without you. You must try to transform yourself be cheerful, this may take time don't lose sleep not to long the longer you leave it the harder it will be. Just the right amount of time for them to be unsure what you are up to then we can give them a quick call just to see how they are and a little trick that I am going to tell you it works like magic DO NOT refer to the split up. Heres the trick think of something they like doing a sport or no matter what it maybe. Something they did alone try to get into that whatever it maybe. Then tell them what you have started doing this will start a fresh conversation and try to have enthusiasm in your voice to them you are changeing come on it will not slaughter you to give a little. A relationship is about give and take maybe you were taking too much before and giving very little back. You must take into account small things to us are big things to others. I am fifty years old know and have done allot of liveing many many girlfriends and then I meet the one for me. But then I made a big slip-up I took the wee wee out of her and we split up talk about miss them when their gone. It broke my heart so I knew I had to change not hugely because we would not be the one they met but as much as necessary to make a differance does that make sence? I hope so.
