For political purposes, an Arab is one who is a national of a country that uses Arabic as its official language. Unfortunately, this definition does not go unscathed as this excludes those with Arab roots born in other countries, and includes non-Arab origin people like the Berbers of Morocco. The Arab culture in general is very traditional and loyal, placing family before anything else and follows morals closely.
