Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria had a lot of good information and had many good tips on making pizza. Am I a better pizza maker as a result of the movie? I think so. One thing I really appreciated about Bev Collins’ move was her lessons on making pizza dough. There is a lot to know about pizza dough; could there ever be enough? The dough is the heart of a pizza (in my humble opinion), and I believe Bev did a great job in her video explaining it. As you can imagine, a video really helps illustrate exactly how to execute certain things; dough tossing and dough kneading to name a few. At the moment, this is my favorite part of Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria. Conclusion If you are looking for a solid program for learning how to make pizza, I think you’ll find Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria exceptional. Bev discusses the key areas of pizza making, provides answers to questions, and more.
