This behemoth weighs in at 93,530 tonnes, and you might never bump into the same person twice as this liner can house more than two thousand passengers! There are twelve restaurants, a cornucopia of bars, a Nintendo Wii with a screen that’s two decks high for cinema-style gaming, and even a bowling alley, you’ll never be short of things to do on board the Gem. There is no formal dress code, meaning that if you like, you can wear jeans to dinner. There are also no set dining times to adhere to, so you can eat when you’re hungry.

This 110,000 ton, 2,974 passenger cruise liner is the latest in American operator Carnival Cruise Lines’ range of classy luxury liners to make its way to Europe.
