GM’s Lutz Stands By His Crappy Remark About Climate Change

By: GARKO

Guess we have to watch what we hope for, we might get it. We have been waiting for years for some insider at high levels in the automotive industry to turn whistleblower and speak sooth. Finally the truth comes from a senior executive at GM. But rather than attempting to change things or on the other side of the coin attempting to hide the truth he adamantly takes a position in total callousness about public opinion and persists in defense of his inflammatory statement.
I am curious about how this fellow would describe his responsibilities and the products that he is required to be making to customers, the public and towards the corporate image of General Motors.

The most important thing we should take home from this, I think that it resonates with great volume and clarity that if we desire to change conditions then it will never occur by hoping for some rebel in the upper heirachy of the big car making companies to step up.
In the event that you didn’t see the story, what I am going on about is that GM Corp Vice Chairman Bob Lutz has gone on the record in defense of his own statement he uttered dismissing global warming as a "total crock of s---", he went on to say that his views had no influence GM's dedication towards manufacturing environmentally friendly vehicles.
Lutz, who happens to be GM's outspoken product development chief, has taken some heat recently from internet bloggers when he was quoted as making the inflammatory statement to reporters in Texas.
Making things worse in a posting of his own on his GM blog on Thursday, Lutz said the protestors "spewing virtual vitriol" at him for minimizing the threat of global warming were "missing the big picture."
He went further on condescendingly,"What they should be doing in earnest is basing their opinions, not about me but about GM and what this company is doing that is ... hugely beneficial to the causes they so enthusiastically claim to support," Lutz said in a posting confronationally titled, "Talk About a Crock."
In 2006, as part of a campaign against increased fuel performance standards, Lutz wrote in a blog posting that requiring automotive manufacturers to sell smaller automobiles would be "like trying to address the obesity epidemic in this country by forcing clothing manufacturers to sell smaller, tighter sizes."

So what do we do when confronted with such arrogance? In a word… REVOLUTION!

WATER4GAS is sharing information for a fee which consumers can use in their garage or wherever to put together a small gizmo which infuses hydrogen into the gasoline/air mixture that their vehicle runs on.
The process makes smaller particles out of the ones that the engine burns as fuel. So the system gets to use a lot more of it.
With WATER4GAS you can minimumly expect to improve your fuel economy by 12%. In reality though many are getting thirty to fifty percent improvement or significantly more. Those particles must have been pretty darn big in some systems before. But with W4G they are made consumable so you can improve your fuel economy.
It also helps make emissions substantially cleaner.
This information has been purchased by over 9000 car owners already and happy members number about 99%! So that's a start!
