i purchased this bag till you business trip to the british isles because my laptop bag wouldn't hold everything that I wanted to take and the wheeled carry-on bag that i had was too bulky to sling around the UK intended for 10 days. I must say that has everything that i might have included if i was designing a bag for myself. First, it's the ideal size. I use it daily to acquire paperwork and my laptop backward and forward to the office and also don't feel like im carrying a suitcase having me. There is a zipper around the center of the bag that let's it expand easily am traveling and need to carry more with me. There are two principal, zippered compartments. One holds the mobile computer and has three amenable pockets for holding a power supply, cables, mouse, or anything else. The pocket for your laptop is padded with all sides, including underneath. It holds my 15" laptop properly, but would not squeeze within a 17" widescreen that I tried equally a test. The subsequent main, zippered compartment may be for paperwork. One open pocket surrounding the back of the tote would hold legal width papers or folders, or a newspaper and features a velcro closure. There are two pockets on the exterior, front of the bag, one larger the other. The larger pocket offers slots for business or bank cards and two pen holders. The smaller pocket possesses an open, internal pocket that was the perfect size for my ipod. Between the two, pondered room for a level and shoot camera, music player, phone, pda, cables, a number of candy bars, keys, and so on, all conveniently located. The leather and stitching seem great, and at least give the appearance it should be quite tough. It is dark brown, as pictured, with bronze searching hardware and zippers. around, it's a great looking bag, with great capabilities, and looks as though it should be very durable. Buy one. I was looking for a 'grown-up' messenger bag for interviews in addition to my job and this kind of bag doesn't disappoint. they may be extremely well made, has great stitching and also a great style. It fits my 15" MacBook Pro perfectly from the separated, velcro'd pouch and has a lot of room in the different section for accessories and papers. I will have got to see how it holds approximately scarring and such, but initial impressions became good. I just desired to say that this an excellent briefcase bag for the value. It is very sturdy and get enough room to carry most of my stuff. The shoulder strap is rather sturdy and and will not slide on my winter coat such as the strip on the bag thought about before. I paid considerably more for my previous travelling bag and and I don't see any difference in the bags with construction. this is a good bag for the amount.
