Do not neglect morning exercise at any cost. Do not find excuses to skip your breakfast and do not wait for the book to finish when it is bed time. Make a choice of exercises according to your physical needs. Do not over stress your body and do not be too lax either. The idea behind exercising is to tone your body for the rigors of the day. Include some light Yoga in your routine. It is not necessary to repeat the same exercises every day. Put some variety in your everyday schedule. This way your interest will not wane. Good physique makes every cloth you wear look fabulous on you. A healthy body has a natural glow and a radiant skin. Admiration is bound to come. Your self-esteem is in your mind and body. If you are physically attractive, you have crossed half the hurdle. Only when you are strong mentally, have you hit your target 100%.
