My family and myself hadn't talked about Disney World Disney vacations for many years. It was strange how a destination like Disney World - a place that had once seemed so thrilling when I was young - could be completely unimportant to me at this moment. I would not have even thought about Disney trip if my daughter hadn't mention it. Now, she is going through that age where she is passionate about Disney. Not only does she love their latest animated cartoons, but she also appreciates the old classics. She likes Donald, Goofy, Pluto, and the others. A Disney World trip looks like like the perfect break time for our family to take together. However, going to Disney vacation from the parent's point of view makes it very different. Disney vacations first of all, is very expensive. I had never realized how costly they were before, but they are outrageous. Disney vacation plans, in fact, are too expensive many families. A good thing for us that we have saved up so that we are able to pay for a trip, but even so it kind of seems like a waste of money. After all, everything about Disney vacations is so contrived. All over the site, there are people who want to entertain you. It just makes me uneasy. I have a lot of trouble feeling entertained when other people are trying too hard. I would prefer to observe the natural world and wander around than to take Disney vacations and be catered to. There are still things to be said for Walt Disney vacations. There is truly no better way to spoil your son or daughter than taking them on a Disney vacation trip. Everything on the site is a well intended for kids that they would have to be extremely bored not to have a good time. Even though I have tried to raise my daughter without the type of low values that Disneyland and Disney World appear to represent, I can't deny the magic. With Walt Disney World vacations, you can look at fireworks shows every evening, talk to the characters that you adore as a child, go for a swim, go on rides, and eat lots of junk food. I remember how much I loved Disney vacations as a kid, and I can't deny my daughter that same possibility. I just can't wait until our next vacation when we get to go in a place a little bit less touristy. I have been thinking about the State of Alaska. But we are not sure yet. In the mean time my daughter will love her Disney Vacations.
