Don't be tricked by any of those idiot plans that tell you that you can lose 10 pounds every 11 days by eating specific foods and no exercise. It's not healthy and if you did lose weight, I can assure you it would all come right back. With bogus plans like this you cannot lose fat cells, at best you only shrink them.

If you have been dieting to lose weight over the last few months or for many years over and over again and you don't like the results you have seen, there is a problem with what you have been doing. The correct answer is right at your fingertips.

Possible reasons you may have trouble losing inches around your waist.

1. You don't eat -Breakfast. Remember what your mom said - Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. I heard somewhere that "we should eat breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince and Dinner like a pauper". There is a lot of truth to that quote!
