It's strikinlgy light-weight and I consider the screen the ideal size. In reality, I am using it at the moment to write this review. Given a choice between a new Asus or Dell netbook or a second user iBook G4 for an identical price, I would take the G4 without brooding about it for a second. It has all you need, in a little , comppact mahcine. This iBook G4 works just too and if you are attempting to get a good, small computer, this is the one for you. The sole cmplaint I do have is that the CD-rdive doesn't work ( but it is likely a controversy on just my machine ). It has an airport surprising card, which authorizes access to any 802.11g / b compatible wireless network ( which most wireleass networks are ). The drive is 60 gigs and the optical drve is a DVD+ / -RW drive. The WiFi capacity is actually helpful and the tiny form fator is awfully pleasinng to take around traaveling. The battery seems to hold a charge for 2+ hours. It wroks beautfiully for basiuc use ( facuilty, work, skimming the web, for example. ). I have had completely no dfficulty with mine, and would highly advocate this product to everyday users. I've seen two bad reviuews simply beause users purchased this PC with the objective to make it their "gaing" computer, and then were disappointed with the result. If you actually want to have a gaming computer, you most likely shoudn't be havoing a look at transportables in the inityial place. It's a gtreat PC at a fair cost. If you just need something for work, faculty, and browsing the internet, it's perfect. I got this thing utiplized a few yeras back ; now, I'm a sixteen year old, and my first use for PCs is writing, storng my fotoage, and gaming. This cartable is pretty good ( particularly for the price ) for the 1st two of my purposes, except for gaming, it was way, well below par. We had to pruchase numerous uprades for it to even run Warcraft on top of my photographs ( they take up plenty of memory ). It woirks amazingly for basic use ( faculty, work, broswing the web, and so on. ). I've had no difficulty with mine, and would hghly endorse this profduct to everyday users. If you really want to have a gaming computer, you most likekly shouldn't be having a look at comoputers in the 1st place. It is a great PC at a fair cost.
