The Christmas season ismain time for individuals prone to anxiety disorders. There are a few factors involved, but this year is worse due to our current financial situation. The truth is that an anxiety disorder is already difficult enough without this added stressor.The holidays, whether it's Christmas or Hanukkah, usually exposes your anxiety disorder even more. The increase in worry can activate higher then normal sensitivity to their disorder. This swell in anxiety can put a big damper on the Christmas or Hanukkah season each and every year!Anxiety tends to swell as the person feels the loom of this expected season. It's supposed to be a happy one too. In many cases one individual can suffer many strong panic attacks, completely losing control of themselves, stupefied with fear and choking from the strangle hold it has on them. What's the individual to do, especially when all their friends and family want to be around them. What a dilemma.Learning how to treat anxiety or handle an anxiety disorder is not an easy job especially with this added Christmas season pressure. Combating your own body, for help, is your only concern at that moment. Anybody who has an anxiety disorder has been in this situation in one way or another.People who know the feelings of pure terror and even feeling like they are about to breathe your last breath, can be to much to handle. Even for those people who have experienced a panic attack numerous times before, can still convince themselves that this time it maybe a heart attack and get themselves to the nearest hospital. This is a incapacitating and potent disorder.Are individuals supposed to accept this disorder as incurable, and are folks supposed to exist with this the rest of their lives?How about an anxiety cure this Hanukkah season instead of a never ending Band-Aid?That would surely be the best gift of all for individuals who suffer from this incapacitating disorder. it's a certainty that if you are here reading this commentary, then you have tried multiple methods but have to find that elusive cure.
