When you think of states with a wide variety of colleges and universities, Alabama might not be the first state that comes to mind. But, the fact is that Alabama is the home of one of the most unique colleges in the United States. In fact, the United States Sports Academy, is a one of a kind institution...an institution which specializes in preparing students for careers in athletics and sports-related organizations. The academy focuses on adult learners, offering full time and part time as well as online and on-campus degree options. USSA offers certificates in eight areas, including sports management, sports coaching, and sports fitness. There are bachelors degree completion programs offered for students interested in sports management, coaching, and sports studies.
